We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. We also appreciated the convenient location, as it was easily accessible to transportation.

The location was great! It was really convenient to be close to all the main attractions and shops. Plus, there were two key facts offered: free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour front desk. Being able to connect to the internet easily was a big plus, especially for staying in touch with family and friends during the Christmas season. And having a 24-hour front desk meant that there was always someone available to help with any questions or concerns.

The bedsheets had blood stains and there was even oil spilled on them. It was really gross and made it difficult to feel comfortable and relaxed in the room.
